This is our personal lakeside home located on beautiful Upper Red Lake in Waskish, MN. Our family has enjoyed this retreat for years and we decided to rent it during times when we can't use it so others can enjoy this fantastic place also. We think you'll love it as much as we do!

This home is a big enough for your entire family or group of friends and is priced at very reasonable rate. The house is over 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It has central air for those who don’t want to cool off at the lakeshore. The place has a beautiful view of the lake that can be found right at the end of the street (see pictured below). This hideaway is surrounded by 7 wooded acres, along with a flowing stream, and includes 50 feet of beautiful shoreline that offers spectacular sunset views. It's also located right next to some terrific state SNOWMOBILE TRAILS.

Perhaps you are interested in some fishing? We've got you covered! Upper Red Lake has INCREDIBLE WORLD CLASS CRAPPIE & NORTHERN PIKE FISHING, not to mention the, now abundant, WALLEYE! A public boat launch is only minutes away. Most of your fishing bait and tackle needs can be met by WEST WIND RESORT, BAR & RESTAURANT, including ice house rentals in the winter months or boat rentals during the summer. It's also one of many great places to grab a drink and/or a bite to eat after a fun day at the lake!

YOUR BASIC NEEDS ARE MET HERE. A full kitchen facility with dishes, pots, pans and utensils are included. Sheets and towels are also provided. On site laundry facilities are available. Guests will need to bring their personal toiletry items, as limited quantities of these are available. Ramp to front entrance for increased accessibility. This very clean and well-maintained home will make you want to return again and again!

RENTAL RATES START AT $200.00 PER NIGHT, for six people. For each additional guest a $20.00 per person, per night charge is added. On short weekend stays, A MINIMUM OF TWO WEEKEND DAYS MUST BE RENTED (FRI-SAT, or SAT-SUN). Reduced weekly rates are also available.

Due to the high demand for rental housing in the area, Full Payment of your rental is required in advance. This is non-refundable. A confirmation will be mailed to you upon the receipt of your payment in full. Your reservation is final after deposit has been acknowledged. Sorry, no credit cards are accepted.

Check-In is at 1:00 PM and Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.

For those looking for an even less expensive, and a little more primitive get away, we also have a two bedroom mobile home on the property that's available for rent. This home offers electricity, a relaxing screened-in porch, and outdoor facilities. Please contact us for additional information on this rental, as it offers a more rustic atmosphere.
